This is a white wine blend from L'Orient Winery (also called Shirayuri Winery) in Katsunuma, Japan.

It's quite low in alcohol, at only 10%, and has a very subtle nose, no overwhelming fruity fragrance.

An unusual taste too, not too fruity, and light to medium bodied. Quite soft in the mouth, with a viscous feel, almost creamy.

Can feel it on the tip of my tongue but it's not an acidity thing.

It actually has a sour aftertaste, like cooking apples or very mild Japanese pears.

This wine has a feeling, almost like the grapes are off.

A long, complex finish, and the finish is much nicer than when the wine is in the mouth.
