This wine had a very unusual forest floor, woody smell, with a hint of leather on the nose and palate. It was medium bodied, dry, peppery and smooth. | Very unusual taste, obviously don't drink enough expensive wines, as not tasted anything like this before. Very un-wine like. |

| Had a short finish, with a smell of fermentation. Didn't really like it. |

| I've just found my notes on this wine from a tasting I went to (probably where I bought it). Here's what I've written: Great Shiraz, light bodied (although I said medium above, hmm, which is it? medium-light?), dry and fruity but not too overpowering. Also not too spicy for a shiraz. |
