Fresh and smooth, with a light, medium dry taste. Very easy to drink.

We had this again a week or so ago, admittedly after a long day of drinking sake, so my notes are as follows: Fruity, acidic. Still, I scored it well.

Second time drinking, the score was lowered a bit.
