According to their website this sparkling wine goes great as an aperitif, or with deep-fried king prawns.
The Altemasi winery is part of the large co-operative in Trentino called Cavit, which was created in 1950 to help the winemakers of the area.
Other wineries in their co-op include I Masi and I Novelli.

| I had this at another tasting and found it to be dry and smooth, and not as light as other sparklings I tasted on that day - Asti Vallebelbo, Moscato d'Autunno Azienda for example. Scored it 77 so fairly consistent. :) |
