Another good wine from Nugan Estate, although I prefer the Cabernet Merlot to be honest. This shiraz had a powerful, strong, spicy and alcohol aroma. Some blackcurrants and berrys too.Vineyard : Cookoothama

Very spicy on the tongue, with pepper and cheese(?)...like a peppery cheese I guess.
Had a long finish and was light bodied.
I found it almost too overpoweringly spicy.

| I didn't think this was spicy, more 'suppai' (in Japanese) which is like sour. |
