Had this at a wine tasting and my notes are very sparse. Grape : Pinot Noir Folle Blanche

Basically I wrote : A little dry.
I do know however that this sparkling wine is made up of 80% Folle Blanche (also called Picpoule) and 20% Pinot Noir.
The wineries website is in French and my French is worse than my Japanese so I couldn't make much of it, however thanks to Google Translate I managed to find out that they practice Organic Farming and have done since 2002. (Basically this organic farming means they don't use chemicals).
Also, the owners, brothers Pierre and Julien Landron bought the land and planted the vines in 1945, so quite a young winery (in French terms).
