This 100% Sauvignon Blanc had a lovely powerful nose full of fruit and typical Sauvignon Blanc characters. The acid was softer than most other Kiwi Sauvignon Blanc's. The aftertaste was great, long and bold. This wine had a better structure than most of SB I have had in the past. Lots a layers and a great array of flavors that I don't usually see.
