A medium to full bodied wine with a deep violet, red colour. Had a fruity smell with a hint of spices. On the palete there were berry flavours, spices and a little tannic. Grape : Merlot

Later on some cherry flavour came through.
The wine had a light, dry mouth feel, almost earthy.
The finish was short.
Overall a good, Friday night wine.

| First thing I noticed was the great textured label - I'm a big fan of wine labels, used to pick wines based solely on how cool the label was - thankfully I've progressed a bit since then, but old habits die hard. |

| Had an "easy to drink" kind of smell, and was nice and fruity. Liked it. |
