I've not had many rieslings in my time so don't know too much about them (unlike all my other reviews here where my knowledge is extensive...haha I wish! :) ).Grape : Riesling

This wine had a hint of glue thinner or pear drops on the nose, and had lots of green apples on the platate. Golden Delicious in particular.
As regards the winery, Domaine Pierre Frick have been biodynamic since 1981 apparently and is very much into organic wine making.
