Katsunuma Monogatari

Katsunuma Monogatari

Winery : Mercian Katsunuma
Grape : Blend
Region : Japan > Yamanashi Prefecture > Katsunuma
Alcohol : %   Red wine
Price :
Score : 85 by MoIppai (08/02/2010)

Another of the Mercian wines I tried in the shop at the winery so my notes are quite sparse.

First off, Monogatari (物語) in Japanese means story.
So this is "Katsunuma Story" I guess.

It's a very good red wine a little dry but with some fruit and sweetness too. (That's possibly a contradiction, but I had been drinking in a few wineries before hitting this one).

Things get a little confused.
