This wine is made with a grape called "Kai Noir". I know that the Koshu grape is the only grape native to Japan, but I've only come across Kai Noir wines in Japan, so not sure where that is from or maybe other countries just don't make wine with this grape?
I'll have to investigate further.

The wine was very oaky on the nose (hence the name "Oak Bouquet" I guess), and also on the palatte. You could really taste the wood, like bark.
It was a very interesting taste, also a bit dry.

This wine was a speciality of the winery.
I quite liked it.
