I actually went back and tasted it twice to get more notes but had nothing specific to say, other than it's very good.

| Ended up buying this after the tasting and when tasting weeks later at home, got a better reaction. It has butter and apples on the nose, with hints of apple on the palatte. A smooth wine, a little sharp, especially on the finish, you can feel the alcohol and the acid. The finish was pretty long and there was some pear notes coming through. I've scribbled an extra note at the end (at the end of the bottle too, judging by the handwriting) - "Will buy again - One of my favourite whites I think". So I guess I should buy this one again. |
