The name of this wine is quite a mouthful! I looked up "Kabinett" and it's a German wine term, that literaly means "cabinet". Grape : Riesling
Region : Germany > Mosel-saar-Ruwer > Brauneberger Juffer-Sonnenuhr
Alcohol : 8% White wine
Price : ¥

A "Kabinettwein" literally means a wine that should be kept in a cabinet, but it's really a wine made from fully ripened grapes at harvest and usually in a light style.
At only 8% it's light on the alcohol too.
It had a nice, pleasant smell and was sweet but not too sweet on the palate. I got apples and butter to taste.
In my notes I've written "Very moreish", so one to look out for and buy I think.
