This is a barrel fermented Aruga white wine made from the native Japanese grape Koshu.

It's aged in French Oak for 6 months and then aged in the bottle for more than 2 years.

I had this at the winery and was quite impressed with it.
It's a golden coloured, dry and very drinkable wine.
