I found this vintage to be very buttery.
Apparently it goes very well with rare roast beef (the winery has a restaurant very close by that specialises in Roast Beef, and this is the recommended wine).
We went to the restaurant later that evening and have to say, the Beef was excellent. Highly recommended if you are visiting the wineries in this area.
