It slips away easily leaving a slight non-smoky aftertaste.
A really good bourbon. Had this in a hotel bar, but will have to find it in an off license somewhere as would like some more.

| Found something out the other day, in order to be called a "Bourbon", a whiskey must be made in the United States (95% come from Kentucky), and contain at least 51% corn in the mash. It is also aged for at least 2 years in charred oak barrels. |
