This has the longest name of any of the four "metallic bottle" range that this is a part of, and also, in my opinion, the best.

It's the second most expensive at ¥358, just ¥2 shy of the top spot.

The Yamada Nishiki in the name is a type of rice and this is made using that rice only and the rice is polished down to 70%.
There's no added alcohol, so this Junmaishu is made with Rice and Kouji (the rice mould that turns rice into sake) only.

It's a clear sake with a subtle nose with almost a medicinal hint in the aroma.

Smooth and clean on the palate.
This sake has a fresh feel to it, but also quite a mellow feel, if that makes sense.

There's a slightly zingy aftertaste on the edges of the tongue.

Overall this is a very good sake and the best of the 4 in the range.
