This is one of a selection of four new bottles that have recently appeared in convenience stores here in Japan.
"We introduce a new way to enjoy sake with this product." as it says on the bottles.

The bottles themselves are small (one-cup size, 200ml, i.e. for one person) metallic screw cap bottles that you usually get coffee in here.

They all have different colours, and the blue one, this one is the most expensive at ¥365 (about $4).

"Sukkirishita Ajiwai Daiginjo" basically means "Clear tasting Daiginjo" I think.

The sake is made from rice polished down to 50% so pretty good quality sake.

It has strong alcoholic vapours and smell with a pale yellow colour in the glass.

Quite a strong sake taste and you can really feel the alcohol (it is 16%!).

Some acidity causing my mouth to salivate a lot and it's fairly dry.

To be honest, despite being the most expensive and presumably the best quality of the four, I wasn't too keen on it.
The strong alcohol taste was too overpowering for me.
