This is one of the recent(?) trend o high balls to hit the market here in Japan. Whiskey highballs, since last year have really taken off here, and I guess sake breweries are trying to cash in on the trend.

This is made from 15% Junmaishu, I think that means Junmaishu at 15% alcohol as opposed to, this is 15% Junmaishu sake and the rest is "soda water"...but I may be wrong, should have checked that at time of drinking as opposed to 2 months later when writing the review...doh!
If this was 15% Jummaishu and the rest soda water, then the alcohol would be less than 7% wouldn't it? (shouldn't write this while finishing off a different bottle of sake!). Any road up. Where was I?

Right...so...

This has a light, sweet nose, like lemonade. It's smooth and not too fizzy on the palate.
A little dry, but not a strong sake taste.

Overall just a smooth, slightly dry spritzer.

Very drinkable!
