According to their very good website (with an English section), every year between December and March they release this pure fresh sake, Momo no Shizuku Junmaiginjo.
It's a Junmaiginjo so made with only rice and koji (the important steamed rice containing Koji mold spores that create the sugars in the rice which eventually become alcohol in sake), and the rice is polished down to 58%.
This is a clear sake with a very slight yellowy/green colour.
On the nose there's a slight alcoholic sake smell.
On the palate it's smooth and light, and also a little flabby, not crisp. Well, perhaps flabby isn't a good word as that sounds negative, more of a soft feel in the mouth.
This is a very drinkable, pleasant if non-distinctive sake.
No complaints but not sure if I'll remember it for long.
p.s. There's no peach flavours here, so the naming is just to do with the areas history.
