This sake has a Nihonshudo (Sake Density) value of 0.0 so is neither sweet or dry. (-ve is sweet, +ve is dry)
It's Sando (acidity) is 1.7 so quite acidic.

I found it had a sour, sharp taste which was smooth but it made me wince.
Not a big fan of this one.

According to their website it should be drunk cold (reishu 冷酒).
