This sake name is a bit of a mouthful, but well worth seeking out.
It has a Nihonshudo of +5 so should be fairly dry, although to be honest I found it a little sweet.

It's made with Tamasakae (玉栄) rice polished down to 60%, and it wona Kansake (warm sake) award in 2010.

It has a light, sweet smell with floral notes and a clean fresh nose.

It's smooth, light, not acidic and slips down the throat.

On the palate it's a little sweet, but also has a very slight sour aftertaste.

I had this cool first, and it was very drinkable (scored 90pts), then I warmed it up, and it was just as nice. Smooth and light. Again 90pts.

Give it a go, if you can find it.
