This is called Mimasaka no Kuni (美作の国) which was a province in old Japan that is now part of Okayama Prefecture. It was also the home of the famous samurai Miyamoto Musashi (I only add that, as my son is named after him!)
It's a clear sake with a light, almost imperceptible nose.
On the palate, not too much alcohol, quite a pleasant smooth taste, with the alcohol coming through on the finish, like a very weak vodka.
In fact this reminds me more of a watered down vodka than a sake. Very drinkable, but nothing distinctive taste wise.
It slips down pretty easy though, which is good.
There website is unfortunately only in Japanese, and can be found here.
