Another of the 47 Cup Sakes I bought (one from each prefecture in Japan). This one is from Wakatsuru Brewery in Toyama Prefecture on the Japan Sea coast.Area : Japan > Toyama > Tonami City

I liked this one straightaway as the top came off without the need for some kind of crowbar implement (the metal seals on cup sake's tend to be kinda tricky sometimes).
It had a light subtly sweet, fresh nose, and the sake itself had a very slight green/yellowish tint to it.
On the palate it was smooth at first with a little harshness on the finish.
Taste and sensation was all in the middle of the tongue. Crisp and clean but nothing outstanding.
