Technically this isn't a brand of sake or even sold as it is the sake before pasteurization - so I believe they can't sell it, as it has too short a shelf life.Area : Japan > Hyogo > Nada

Although you can buy it or at least sample it in some breweries, which is where I tried this, during a tour of Sawanotsuru Brewery.
Like I said, it's before pasturization and is pretty raw. It was strong (about 18%, most sake is nearer 15%) and quite harsh.
It was ok, but only for a shot.
