One of the 47 Sake I bought a while ago (one from every prefecture in Japan), this one is from Fukuda Sake Brewery (福田酒造) in Nagasaki.

The ingredients are rice, kouji (the rice yeast that ferments the sake) and alcohol.

On the nose of this sake there's hardly anything, just a subtle cleanness.

On the palate, it's medium bodied, smooth and refined. Not sharp or acidic.

Not much of note flavorwise, just smooth, clean and a little dry.

Very drinkable.

Their website, is unfortunately only in Japanese, but it can be found here.
