One of the 47 Sake I bought a while ago (one from every prefecture in Japan), this one is from Fukuda Sake Brewery (福田酒造) in Nagasaki.Area : Japan > Nagasaki > Hirado City

The ingredients are rice, kouji (the rice yeast that ferments the sake) and alcohol.
On the nose of this sake there's hardly anything, just a subtle cleanness.
On the palate, it's medium bodied, smooth and refined. Not sharp or acidic.
Not much of note flavorwise, just smooth, clean and a little dry.
Very drinkable.
