Sake Type : Junmaiginjo-shu
Alcohol : 15%

I bought this on the beautiful Miyajima Island in Hiroshima where the Miyajima shrine and Torii are (one of the top 10 beautiful scenery spots in Japan for anyone who's interested).

It's a soft, full bodied sake that feels "pillowy" in the mouth and a very light pale golden hue in the glass.

Flowery, fruity and perfumey omn the nose and palate with hints of white chocolate.

It has a Nihonshudo of +5 so is very dry and a Sando of 1,2 which is the acidy rating, but not sure what the numbers mean I'm afraid.

It has an almost powdery aftertaste on the roof of the mouth.

I had this cold and it's very drinkable. A good quality sake from Hiroshima.
