This sake came as part of my sake club selection for July and a pretty good sake it was too.Area : japan > gifu

It has 15.5% alcohol with a nihonshudo of +4 (so should be a little dry) and the rice, "Hidahomare" rice, is polished to down to 60%.
This sake has a fresh, crisp nose and is smooth and light in the mouth with a slight alcoholic aftertaste.
Tasteweise, nothing stands out too much. There's no sharpness to it either or unpleasant acidic aftertaste.
The Tenryo Tokubetsu Junmai Tokbikiri is a quality, easily drinkable sake, with a slight fruitiness to it.
