This is a fantastic sake from the Sawanotsuru Brewery in Nada, Hyogo. Area : japan > hyogo > Nada

Incredibly smooth, it disappears down the throat gracefully. Couldn't even feel it on the way down.
It seemed almost salty but quite subtly.
Not the big usual sake taste, much more elegant.
