This junmaishu from Uchigasaki Brewery is made from Yamada Nishiki rice polished down to 60%.
It has a Nihonshudo of +4 so should be fairly dry.

I found it to have a like a "polished" taste, very crisp and clean. Sharp but not in an acidic way, again, the best way to describe it is crisp and clean. It feels slightly sweet too.

There wasn't much to speak of on the nose.

On the aftertaste it has an almost aluminium metallic taste (that's what I kind of meant earlier by "polished") - but not in the bad irony metallic taste that Japanese happoshus have.
This aftertaste is an unusual and good thing.

An excellent, drinkable sake that slips easily down the throat.

Oh, I had this cold (with ice) and and also chilled (without ice).
