It's a clear sake with a very light and subtle nose.
Smooth and fresh but with quite an unusual taste. No real alcohol taste and not like a standard sake.
I've tasted something like this before but I can't place it. Not like a sake, veering more towards an expensive frozen vodka kind of taste.
A little dry but not overpoweringly so.
I had this on the rocks, and it was very drinkable.
