Has fresh, clean alcohol on the nose. Very smooth, and a tiny bit acidic.
It was dry and bitter, and not fruity at all.
Very easy to drink.

I had this again and served cold (reishu). This time it was sweet and smooth but a bit too syrupy and cloying in the mouth. Better served warm.

Try another from Kiku Masamune: Misasa
Try another sake from Japan : Amanohashidate Cup Sake
Try another Sei-shu: Taruzake
