World Value Sekai No Highball (World Highball)
This is a Japanese Chu-hi (alcoholic drink) from Kirin. At first I was going to put this in the whiskey section as it's a Highball cocktail and according to the can, from, at least in spirit, Kentucky, USA.
However, checking the ingredients it seems that it's mainly vodka and soda water, with whiskey coming way down the ingredients list.
It's a light yellow coloured fizzy drink that is inevitably dry (as it has the soda water).
There is a slight alcoholic, vodka dryness on the back of the throat, but there is no whiskey taste as such.
Very dry, and quite pleasant to be honest. It didn't taste like I was expecting it to (well, I was expecting a whiskey highball after all, didn't get that), but there's nothing wrong with it.
To be honest it made a change from a can of beer.
Chu-hi's are usually very sweet, but this is a dry, alcoholic soda.
