Shokoushu
This is basically Chinese sake, but it's very different to the Japanese version. This is more like rum mixed with treacle! Very caramelly, and sweet.
A brown drink, which is smooth but tastes 'burnt'. Really didn't like this.
Not sure how strong it was, but maybe about 15%
