ANA Now Serving In-Flight Draft Beer
TweetThey are the first airline in the world to do this as normal draft beer is normally served using compressed gas which is obviously very dangerous to use in an airplane.
ANA and Hoshizaki Denki worked together to create a system using gas from dry ice.
Unfortunately there are only 20 glasses available on each flight and they cost ¥1000 ($10) a go!
However seeing as most people travelling to Okinawa from Tokyo or Osaka (the main routes) are going on holiday perhaps it’s a nice way to start the vacation.
I think I’ll stick with the cans though, it’s a bit too pricey for me.
