Not able to go to the Oktoberfest myself, or even the local one in Kobe this year, so I had to settle for a bottle of the Spaten Oktoberfestbier.Location : Germany > Munich

This is a golden lager on the pour witha strong, fresh, fruity hoppy nose.
There is some bitterness on the taste and it's fresh and a little hoppy.
Quite dry too.
There was some weight to the beer too in the mouth, and it left quite a long bittery aftertaste.
This is pretty good, although I'm not sure if I would have more than one in a session as the bitterness might get too much.
But definitely one to try and add to your evenings enjoyment.
