This Thai lager from is from Singha Beer Corporation, who judging by their website is is owned by Boonrawd Trading International, but this lager is brewed at the Pathumthani Brewery in Pathumthani. So that's about as clear as mud.

It's so much easier with small craft breweries!

Anyway, corporations aside, this is a very fizzy, pale golden lager with a bubbly white head.

It has a light hoppy nose and is light in the mouth, and surprisingly malty.

It's a little bit dry, and quite refreshing.

This is a pretty good fresh lager, which also contains Vitamin C according to the ingredients label.

You can find out more about Singha lager at their (Flash heavy) website here.

MoIppai Member Comments :
I reviewed this again in September for some reason, so here are my notes from then:

A pale straw colour on the pour, very fizzy with tiny champagne like bubbles and a big, pure white soapy head.
Light and fresh maltiness on the nose with a hint of fresh hops.

In the mouth, quite dry, flabbier than I was expecting and quite malty.
Not as fresh or refreshing as I was expecting it to be.

Quite dry on the finish with some bitterness.
This is good, but not great.
