It's made of malt and honey and therefore has a slightly sweet, honey taste.
I'm not usually a fan of sweet, fruity beers but this one is different. It's not too overly fruity, the honey comes through more as a subtle aftertaste than being bold and up-front.
Despite pouring quite "thickly" - I'm sure there's a better way of putting that - it's not too heavy although quite full and soft in the mouth.
A pretty good dark, honey ale.
