I was browsing the beer selection in my local supermarket the other day when I spotted an Asahi happoshu that had missed my attention. It was in one of those tiny 135ml cans I blogged about recently and it's called Asahi Honnama Draft which translates as "Genuine Draft Beer".Location : Japan > Osaka

Hmmm.
Well, it's light, fizzy and almost like a light beer in the taste despite being a happoshu.
No strong metallic taste you usually get with happoshus, although it does come through slightly in the aftertaste.
It's a little dry.
Nothing special but it is drinkable unlike some other Asahi happoshus.
