This is apparently originally from Korea, but the importing company in Japan is St Michael Wine & Spirit in Osaka. Couldn't find the Korean breweries name.

It's incredibly cheap at ¥84 a can, ¥550 for a 6-pack. Compared to usually ¥200 for other kinds of third-type beer.

It has a slightly unusual kind of off smell, but for a third-type of beer here in Japan it actually tastes pretty good, and almost like beer (almost!).

Doesn't have that usual metallic taste.

A smooth, almost beer. The best third kind (Daisan) beer ever. 70/100 for beer, but 100/100 for third kind!

Try another from Japan : Kirin Nippon Premium
Try another Third Type: Ginger and Pale Ale
