Has some mineral hardness rating of 1000 (or something, didn't really understand the Japanese), and also contains Mg (Magnesium) and Ca (Calcium).
Well, these minerals seem to have had a good effect on this Daisan as this is pretty good (comparitively). It's soft and pillowy in the mouth and none of that usual metallic aftertaste you usually get with happoshu and daisans.
It actually tastes quite fresh.
Very fizzy with quite a big, white, bubbly, frothy head.
The beer is pale straw in colour.
One of the most drinkable Daisans I've had. Although not too beer-like it does have a light lagerish taste.
I would buy this again, it's pretty drinkable.
