It's from the Minoh Brewery in Minoh a local (to me) craft brewery, and to be honest I don't generally like their beers.
However this one I got into.
It's deep black with a muddy, brown creamy head.
Not as roasted or as strong as their other stout, the Minoh Beer Stout which got the World Best Stout award last year in the UK, but then I didn't like that one.
This feels a lot lighter than that one.
The aftertaste is dark and malty but not too bitter or burnt (roasted).
Not a big fan of stouts but this one was ok, and quite drinkable.
