Light and refreshing. was all I wrote about Heineken lager way back in June 2009. Well, trying it again, just over a year later I thought I should expand on that concise review.

Heineken is a light, pale golden lager witha big persistent white head.

It has a light sliightly hoppy nose (that's a smell to non-wine drinkers) and is light on the palate. Smooth with quite a subtle taste (some people might say bland).

This is a good everyday lager.

Nothing too outstanding but certainly nothing unpleasant.
